The service is polite but lacks promptness in addressing unexpected issues. The location is convenient with easy access to the highway, although some facilities like the microwave and sink faucet need maintenance. The dining experience could be better with improved buffet options.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and spacious, but unfortunately, there was no hot water in the shower and the noise from kids running around was disruptive.
